Just to throw another option out there my TRP is one sweet iron. I had to have the extractor tweaked by Olyeller but I can't see paying the dollars that will probably buy TWO TRPs. Get a TRP and replace a couple of the MIM parts, get a reliability package (if needed), have a good trigger job put on it and you'll be able to buy a whole bunch of mags and ammo with the savings and have a 1st rate 1911.

Of course if you are wanting a custom configuration or a caliber other than .45 the cost breakout might tell you to go ahead and get the Wilson.

I purchased my WC CQB in 2007. Ordered it with no FCS and a few other additions and received in a couple of months. Price at that time was $2K. It is my favorite 1911. It resides with a Nighthawk GRP, Rock River Standard Match, Les Baer TRS, so I have a few good 1911's to compare it to
