Hey guys, I have a Model 70 .270 Stainless steel classic. Never been fired. 2003

Also a model 94ae 30-30. Also a 2003 and never been fired. Serial #64969XX Anyone have any ideas on how much these would be worth? Not a scratch on either!
I called Winchester and they said the .270 retailed for $829 and the 30-30 for $386.
I took them to the local gun shop to see about a trade in for an over and under, they told me they would give me $605 for each gun towards a trade. He also said he was going to sell them for $1100 a piece. What am I missing here? He is going to sell both for well over retail? Or is one of my guns worth more than I am thinking. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
