The freezing rain has started hitting okc as of about 5-10 minutes ago.

Your right around the corner pretty much. It's still on its way that was just the storm saying " Merry Christmas"

I've been looking forward to this winter weather for a year. We were cheated in Tulsa last winter, only got a light dusting.

Just peeked outside and the sleet has started.

Yeah sleeting nicely in piedmont. Had to go check calving cows and encountered a few slick spots sure hope the snow hurries up and gets here. Id rather have snow than sleet. Be safe out there today and merry CHRISTmas everyone.

Ground covered with white stuff here, couple inches at best.

Edit: make that one inch at the most, too much wind and too dry to stack. Just a few miles north and east there's nothing.
