So who is going to the Women's Fun Shoot at the OKC Gun Club this Saturday? It is really a fun event that is gaining in popularity. Its a chance for women to get an opportunity learn and shoot different guns in a very safe environment.

My wife will be there as a volunteer/worker, her 10th year I believe.
Sussy, the club pres. has held the Womens Fun Shoot for I think 11 years, the only all women fun shoot in the nation, the NRA has awardered her for it and supplies part of the ammo needed for the shoot.
There will be over 400 women shooting tomorrow. Courses or fire are pistols on the pistol range, AR15s
on the bench rest range, shotguns on the trap/skeet range and muzzle loaders/22 rifles on the ML range.
Lunch is supplied for all in attendance.
I would be there to help but I have to work.

Over 400 women shooting?? Dang. I see MAYBE one adult woman at Red Castle whenever I go there, and invariably she's with a guy.
