Seeing and hearing about crazy property values in OK is making me have irrational thoughts that it might be the time liquidate my assets up there. I could probably retire with the proceeds, but what the heck would I do then?!? I don’t really have any other hobbies but deer hunting.

Nah, I love my place and haven’t killed a 200 incher yet.

So growers, foreigners and liberals can't be good neighbors? Personally I don't give a flying rip about my neighbors politics, country of origin or their business as long as they are good neighbors that don't have a trashy place.

I know the feeling, I believe the crazy inflated plandemic price is about 200k over what it would have been had there been no release of the virus.. We could make a pretty profit off our place, but then we'd be raped with taxes on $ made and have to move to Arkansas and I'm too old and cranky to want additional change in life..
