Woohoo! I almost forgot an important anniversary.

I can't believe that I almost forgot about this,,,
I'm usually very aware of any upcoming anniversaries.

Three years ago on this date I awoke from my night's sleep,,,
And mused on the fact that I was no longer employed.

January 10, 2021 was my first day of retirement from OK State University.

Man, that three years went quickly.

So I think I'll celebrate the event,,,
I feel 3 shots of deep Eddy vodka would be appropriate.

One of Orange, one of Peach, and one of Ruby Red Grapefruit,,,
That should settle me into this evening just fine.

Retirement is good,,,
I hope you all get to enjoy yours.

April 1 will be 10 years since retirement. Wife didn't retire for three years after me because I married a baby. LOL. We've been on the road in the RV for 7 years now touring this great country and making friends.

You beat me by twelve months Dennis, I retired at age 65+ three months and April Fools Day 2015 was my first full day of retirement......mama followed in Aug. 2017
