After being subjected to watching them pull every single guy out of that hole in Chile today I couldn't help but think I'd still be down there on a crash diet!

OK, I should have said...As you are now. I know I wouldn't be this big if I was a Chilean Miner or if I spent 70 days eating half a can of tuna and half a glass of milk.

I voted yes because I recently got shoved in one of those MRI machines that aren't even that big.
It took all I had to do the 24 minutes in that tube.
Like Happy Gilmore I had to go to my happy place.

The tube is 21 inches in diameter, right? If so, I'd fit, though I wouldn't have much wiggle room, especially around the shoulders.

You'd need to be very relaxed while making the ascent. Having a panic attack halfway up wouldn't be much fun at all.

From august 28th

Health Minister Jaime Manalich told reporters Thursday that, on average, each man has lost 22 pounds (10 kilograms) since they became trapped three weeks ago, and dehydration remains a threat. But a survey of the men indicates that at least nine miners are still too overweight to fit through the proposed rescue shaft, he said.
