The tube is 21 inches in diameter, right? If so, I'd fit, though I wouldn't have much wiggle room, especially around the shoulders.

You'd need to be very relaxed while making the ascent. Having a panic attack halfway up wouldn't be much fun at all.

Yup, that would be me... I would go postal. I don't do well cramped up.

I could easily fit. Yall talk about being crammed in MRI machines. The one time I had a MRI done I fell asleep and the guy had to basically yell in the head phones to wake me up.

I was blessed by God being a normal/small framed man. 5'6" and around 160 pounds. If I was too much bigger getting in and out of my mustang with the cage in it would be a b*tch.

The confined space wouldn't bother me too much. When my first boat was in dry dock I'd stretch out in a torpedo tube for a nap on duty nights. Coolest place on the boat.
As for "fit" well, 70 days with the right incentive can do wonders for your will power.

No way I could fit. 6'1" at 220# and I can't stand the closed MRI's. Even when I have the Open MRI done I need a tranq!

I put no as I stand. Not sure though. My shoulders and chest barely fit in an MRI machine. I feel like a sausage in there but I have no idea the difference between that and 21 inches.
