WSF 9mm COL question

Can any of the long time 9mm reloaders explain why every 9mm WSF load data only shows a COL of 1.169, which is max SAAMI spec for 9mm. yes I know you can shorten you COL, however that will increase case pressures. Short of buying the program "quick load"?
I'm not completely a noob but just 2yr into reloading I still have a long way to go.

What grain bullet you running? And I have not used WSF , is it a bulky powder?
Lyman on a 147 g TMJ shows 3.5 min and 4.4 max with a COL of 1.115.

Any, 115, 124, 145,147. My 2020 Hodgdon's and their website as well as few other books I have. I don't recall if my last yrs edition of Lyman's even shows WSF for 9mm, Id have to look but I'm at work.

Lyman 49th edition, only shows it in the 147 grain with WSF.
