WTB S&W model 60 or 66 with a 3 inch barrel

Man, those prices are crazy.
I have an early 80’s S&W 65 with a 3” barrel I might need to consider selling, and it’s even had an action job by Gemini Customs.

3" 66 is definitely hard to find. I have one in the original box only factory fired and personally haven't seen another one for sale in my years of buying and trading.

Weren’t they an exclusive for a sporting goods store or something? Only 2500 made I think. I know a guy that has 4 or 5. He is on osa but not active lately

To the OP, I think you can still get a new 3" 60 in 357, but with the famous hillary hole and the new cheapened triggers and hammers!

Only 2500 66 with three inch were made thus demanding the higher price. I only found one line at Ten Below Firearms. They will just keep going up and up it price. Mine is new in box built in 1985.

Not if they would put me in charge of S&W!

I would tool up and start producing all the oldies.

I'd remove the hillary hole, and bring back the forged hammers and triggers.

Make the good old wood grips, just like the 80s and 90s!

Collectors would hate me!
