Sweet lookin gun there. I've been eyeballin a Beretta stampede with a birds head grip and short barrel, just like this:<a href="http://media.photobucket.com/image/beretta single action revolvers/kevinmichaeldick/Stampede_Marshall_S_maxi.jpg?o=1" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f284/kevinmichaeldick/th_Stampede_Marshall_S_maxi.jpg" border="0" alt="Beretta Stampede Marshal" ></a>
Its the "Kino" configuration. 12.5 inch barrel, carbine low pro gas block, hidden under minlength handguards and FSB. Also on my list. http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/BCM-12-5-Upper-Receiver-Group-p/bcm-urg-m4-12 kd.htm
Correct! I'll be replacing the handguards with the Troy TRX Extreme. Been debating on the 12.5" kino or just 12.5" with lo pro gas block and longer rail and flip up buis. Either way it'll be 12.5" with a rear buis and an aimpoint t-1/h-1.
I've been eye balling them for a 22lr build. They run the same rails as my middy's and still get the short barreled look. I've got a couple of 12.5's, but selling them. Want all rifles running the same gas system. (middy) The 22lr Kino would be my only "carbine" gas system.
I definitely like the middy gas better than carbine gas. But the kino looks so badass. I've wanted an sbr for awhile but I think 12.5" is the shortest I want to go. Any reason you're selling the 12.5" besides the gas system?
Reason for selling? Not really. I'm just trying to reduce the number of random configurations. If I'm running everything with the same gas system, then all parts would be interchangable in cases of emergencies. I picked up two Noveske 12.5's when they were harder to find, and never really did anything with them.
Im getting the single shot rifle fever again. I've always wanted a 1874 Sharps, a Springfield Trapdoor and a Ruger #1 There is just something about hunting with a single shot.
