Sweet. You should read the report. Zimmermans DNA is on Martins clothing. Which would be consistent with Martin beating Zimmerman and getting blood spatter on his clothing. Why don't you guys ever read this stuff before commenting on it???

In that case it's pretty odd that she has disallowed the voice analysis testimony which the defense called the most damaging evidence against Zimmerman. If she knows what's "expected of her" she's picked a strange way of showing it.

What you would do is withhold predjudical evidence on both sides. You'd have a fair trial in a court of law. The fact that Zimmerman is a creep and a bully doesn't make him guilty. The fact that Martin was a thug doesn't make Zimmerman innocent.

I'll agree that zimmerman's DNA is on martins clothing, but that wasn't my argument, as the report says none of zimmerman's DNA was found on or near martins hands( sleeve cuffs)

–Assumptions are often necessary and appropriate in DNA interpretation, provided they are clearly spelled out. It is reasonable to assume that Martin’s DNA would be present on a piece of clothing he is wearing.

The conclusion tells us that there is also DNA from someone else, but that the results are apparently sufficiently vague such that it cannot be determined if Zimmerman is included or excluded.
