I am gonna say "no". I have found jumping to conclusions without considering any evidence to be strictly a homo sapien kinda thing.

I knew people who jumped to conclusions long before I became involved with gun owners so I feel safe in coming to this conclusion even though I do not have a doctorate in anything.

It's like "innocent until proven guilty".

In the real world, if you're accused then you must have done it. If you're found to be innocent by the court system, then something must have gone wrong along the way.

Yeah, but that's what they get paid for. Just think ... if cops didn't do their jobs and jump to conclusions so they could get those reports written by the end of their shifts then lawyers wouldn't have anything to do ... and civilians wouldn't have anybody to hate on ...
