Absolutely correct! Couldn't agree more. I had a plant mgr who never checked on details when I, a mgr, had a problem with a worker, union worker. He always took to other side but that was his problem. In the end, I WON! I quit the company and retired, which blindsided him. Nowadays, in my part time work, I let them or give them enough rope that they know they screwed up. Just sayin' from an ol' guy.
