Taurus carbine

I have seen these carbines in Taurus brochures for like the last 3 years, and had never seen one in person until Friday. If anyone is interested, the academy on I-240 had the 9mm version for $800. It was propped up against a beretta storm carbine, and looked more substantial.

Personally, I'd rather have the beretta.

Based on the photos I've seen of it, I think the Beretta carbine looks better (although the Taurus has just a hint of an MP5 look to the upper receiver area, which I find very cool). I haven't seen any YouTube reviews of the Taurus that are worth much, unfortunately.

That being said, I like seeing that more manufacturers are making PCCs.

I'd like to have a good 9mm carbine. I stupidly sold my Camp 9 to a member. That Taurus' looks do not appeal to me, but then again, if it works like it's supposed to, who cares. But, $800?????

Taurus needs to relocate their price point to somewhere between Beretta and Hi Point. Actually, much closer to the Hi Point price.

$800 bucks for a pistol cal carbine? I'd just add another AR to the stable for that much....
