Seriously? I knew nothing about the scare other than in Oct of 13, I was made aware of the 22 bullet scare. Never been on any Gun Forum like this. Have hunted and shot my entire life, never with the AR's till the Son in Law got me interested in them.

In my experience Bass Pro gun prices are not in line with real world gun prices. Hard to imagine but their customer base, while outdoors people, must not be gun people.

Yes, must be. The counter was full and people were buying. Winchester SXP pump 12g was $350 "clearance" price. That gun is $300 or less normal price at academy.

I wish Ar-10 parts/prices market would come down some(its not bad per se), but the market is not nearly as saturated as the AR-15 market.
