While I wasn't referring specifically to the FCC order, are you saying the order does not address blocking, throttling or paid prioritization at all?

According to the dissenting commissioners, not in a way beneficial to a free and open Internet.

Remember, the actual text of the adopted order has not been released.

The only thing I know about net neutrality at this point is that nobody truly know's what the hell is going on with it…and anyone who thinks they know, or claims to know, is probably full of sh%t.

First, I will say that I work for AT&T, but that does not mean that I am against Net Neutrality because of my employer. I have watched this "Net Neutrality" since the beginning when someone made up a problem (that did not and does not exist) and claim the only way to avoid restrictions on the www is to add government regulation. This is not a "Net Neutrality" movement, but one of "Net Regulation". There has always been telecom agreements not to restrict bandwidth on any sites, and there is not an instance of a breach of these agreements. People are only saying "what if" and the only way to stop it is if the government has control.

Then why did Verizon sue the FCC in federal court to overturn Open Internet Order if they had no desire or intent violate Open Internet Order?
That is what started this.

About as legit as a government agency passing 322 pages of regulations that nobody knows what's in.

Fair enough.

When the boy scout troop gets lost in the woods it is important to remember who the scout troop leader was that got them lost in the first place.
In this particular case, the scout troop leader is Verizon.

Take away the verizon federal lawsuit to allow throttling and blocking of internet access and we wouldn't have embarked on this adventure in the first place.
