Law professors say yes, and it all be thanks to the 12th amendment.
In this particular scenario involving PA electors, when the time comes to actually count the electors, Vice President Pence could deviate and choose to only “count” the electors from the Republican legislature in Harrisburg and omit the slate of electors from Democratic Governor Tom Wolf.
That’s what two law professors are saying.

This would be "interesting"....trying to wrap my mind around how this would play out. We may soon be living though more history than is comfortable. Prayer is needed that everyone in positions of power be in concert with the highest good.
Yeah, and multiple battle ground states stopping their vote counts when Trump is ahead and then resuming putting Biden in the lead is totally normal. Funny enough, the same thing happened in Venezuela; Maduro won.
