Soros is buying the elections of whomever it is in the state that certifies the elections.

In many states, it's the Secretary of State that certifies the elections. When there is hanky panky going on, the SofS is the one that is supposed to straighten it out. You can see why he wants to pick them.

Soros also wants the AGs, because they set the prosecutorial policy in the state.

AGs issue opinions that have the force of a regulation. You can see why he wants to pick them.

I know of a few Oklahoma district attorneys that would "pad" their cases. Say someone was arrested for speeding and also got a charge for resisting. They would file separate cases for each individual charge, even though all the charges were from the exact same arrest. That would let them tell their constituents that they prosecuted and won on "X" percentage (usually a very high number) of their cases.

Citizens didn't know the difference.
