I saw a picture of two national guardmen with full battle rattle with M16's but neither had a magazine in their rifle....I hope they at least have some ready to go in their chest rigs.

The facts here mean next to nothing, and those jurors know it. A NG will light this country on fire at it's roots. Don't think they don't know that. Is he guilty? Damn if I know, but he didn't get a fair trial. No way he could have. None. The facts would have mattered in a fair trial. This cat didn't get that.
