I very rarely use the ignore feature, but him crapping all over this thread was the last straw. It cleaned up the thread very nicely.
Yup, put him there a few weeks ago. Right along with AlongCameJones, who I realize is no longer with us, but I figured it was worth mentioning for the comparison.

Ha, reminds me of the bashings that went on for months and months about Ivermectin when the first Covid shot was starting to kill me less than 24hrs after I took it. Then as I was progressing down hill and close to having to check into a hospital and looking 8 hours a day, wading through the BS on the internet for a for a solution myself and decided to go to my local Tractor Supply for a trial of Ivermectin solution. Yep plenty of bashing about that also. 90% of my symptoms did a turn around in less than 24hrs. Yep, just two coincidences 6 months apart. I was not taking anyone's word for anything, I was living it. I now see that the CDC has quietly added Ivermectin to their "Approved" treatment list of drugs.

Are not the real things and stuff we have going on in real life bad enough without the personal bashing? We all have opinions, experiences, or connections with people that do. I read all this, form my own opinions of what I consider real or applicable to what I think and push the rest to the side. If I can add additional information, like I did with my Ivermectin experience, take it for what is worth to you. I really do not care what you think of what I lived through. I added part of the conversation of opinions of my GF who was a Cardio RN for 25 years to share here about what she thinks is most likely going on with the Bills player. Take it or leave it. You think he will be playing next game, post it, and I hope you are right. I feel for him, his family, his team mates. And will miss seeing him play if he does not make it. JMO

You know I agree with you completely about Covid, and especially with regard to Ivermectin.

But this isn't about Covid. Or Ivermectin. Or even Damar's heart attack. It hasn't been for a long, long time when it comes to joe's posts. It's about a basic lack of respect for anyone -- especially for himself. His lack of confidence in his position is astounding.

You are able to articulate your position and then move on, confident that you have stated yourself succinctly and your reasoning is understood by the rest of us, even if we might disagree with you for reasons of our own.

Joe clearly has no confidence in the position he has taken ... Or has no confidence in his ability to articulate that position because we are "too stupid" or "too lazy" to get what he is screaming at us all and so it frustrates him. He sees his inability to get the collective of OSA to fall down at his feet and worship his intellectual superiority as some sort of failing. I don't know which one it is and, quite frankly, I'm tired of his railings. I've only ever put one person on my ignore list in the years and years and years I've been here but like plenty of other fellas I think it's time I utilize that feature again.

As far as Damar, I do hope he plays again. You don't become a professional football player unless you are extraordinarily driven. He is at the very beginning of his career. But, in my very uneducated view, it seems unlikely that he would be able to play without incurring significant risk to his health -- and possibly his life. I feel profoundly bad for this kid. Just like I would anyone who had come so close to dying, only for him to come through it all to find that his life going forward is gonna be NOTHING like he thought it was gonna be.

no it's definitely about the vaccine. this is finally causing most normies to be like "wait a minute...."

this is huge because again, no one has seen the 1,300 athletes collapse in calendar year 2022. but millions of people just watched this one. this is going to lead to conversations you've been denying for two years. this is going to lead to other athletes striking. this is going to lead to athletes refusing to play.

in fact, it already has. but trust me; go ahead and look up anything i've said. you'll find that dozens of athletes, especially endurance athletes like runners or cyclers, have just quit due to heart issues.

this is the George Floyd moment for the clot shot.
