aint that hard, starting hands at sides. IWb with the appendix "rake". The only reason people are able to reach a gunman from 7 yds is if the gun guy is pathetically slow. If he's a top hand, they can't do it from 10 ft away, without getting shot at least once. Getting the gun up to eye level and both hands on it adds just another .10 second.
