I don’t, bill of sale

Be careful, it is against the law to sell such. Any ATV, UTV, Dirt Bike built or sold after July 1 2005 has to be registered with the state. A one time register with a State Sticker. A State Issued Title will be issued. Someone owes back taxes. Had a Tag Agent show me this recently as we have buying a few ATV’s. Also stated that the State can get a guy for Tax Evasion.

Saw this post in another ATV for sale add.

Section 1113, Section 5.B “For all-terrain vehicles or motorcycles used exclusively off roads or highways purchased prior to July 1, 2005, registration, as otherwise required by Section 1115 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall not be required, but shall be allowed at the option of the owner of the all-terrain vehicle or motorcycle used exclusively off roads or highways.”

this is still America. its perhaps a law, but dirt bikes, farm 4wheelers and such been doing this way for ages. If you don't care about a title or tag then forgetaboutit
good grief man. We worry too much, enjoy life while you got some. Most of us anyway understand the consequences for what we do or don't do. If we mess up there are consequences, and that is how the we learn or the gene pool is cleaned. lol

This is all good till you take said untitled vehicle or motorcycle to ride out of State or in any State or National Forest! Then you risk impoundment, and loss of your non registered/titled toy!

I watched a large group of people that had traveled 4 states away to ride off road in Colorado Taylor Park area. They were all out in the Parking lot in total disbelief that not one of the group of about 25 were allowed to go ride the trails. They risked a several hundred dollar fines and impoundment of their vehicles. Colorado State will not allow you to purchase a offroad riding permit if your ATV, UTV or DirtBike is not registered in your state. All States reciprocate this.

It was my ATV ad and Mr Glock showed me on the ATV Laws page for OK the above statement. Since my ATV for sale was a 2004 and purchased prior to July 1, 2005, it does NOT require registration by ME.

Now, if the law is being read that the new owner of my 2004 ATV is required by law to register/title it, that I'm not 100% sure of but not my problem now!

I think that if they’re gonna require you to have a title for you ATV or dirt bike, then you should be able to ride it on city streets and/or highways...as long as you have headlights, taillights, turn signals, and all the other stuff they require you to have in order to be street legal. If they require a title for an ATV or dirt bike, how will they be able to enforce that law if you only ride your ATV or dirt bike on private property? While it maybe a law, there doesn’t seem to be a very good system of making sure that people are compliant with it. As one of you mentioned earlier, it smells like yet another government cash grab to me.
