A-freakin-men. I see all the results for other states trickling in already.....and we seem to be last, much like when the season opens. Patience isn't my virtue.

Anybody notice the Salt Plains only had doe hunts except for the archery hunts?

i was going to put in for a buck hunt and was a little surprised that there wasn't any. if you draw a doe at SP,as a bonus you could see some really nice deer. the biggest shed i ever found was there.

If it's done on computer........I'd think once they hit the enter button......the results should/would/could be instant. No?

You'd think so. Day after the application period closing should be doable.

I also noticed that they opened up the State Park at SP for the first time ever. Should be killer.

I have only been there once for a couple days. I am not sure what all is state park, but I was tempted to apply for that, for the better chance of stocking the freezer with meat.
