Roy Mercer had a key fob stolen out of his truck. Pretty darned valuable key fob it was.

It was fashioned from a button that popped off Wynona's britches during a concert. He was on the front row and caught it. I don't think he ever got it back.

Mickey Gilley passed away today at age 86.

He and Johnny Lee were a pair for decades. The movie Urban Cowboy was a smash hit, as was the music album.
I have always and will always love the music from Urban Cowboy.

I saw them at a concert at the Sugar Creek Casino in Hinton shortly before the Covid pandemic. Mickey was in his 80's and still belting out songs.
