22 review on savage 64

My freind bought a Savage model 64 @ wal-mart for under 150.00. Took it to lexington 6-7 times. IMHO it's a great rifle for the price, very accurate, no jams, very light, and easy to work with. Extra clips are a little pricey.

Anyone have any input?

I have not shot one my self , but I have noticed that there are alot of well made 22 rifles for less than 150$. mossburg, marlin, savage, rossie are all good solid shooters. so anyone can get into shooting without spending a thousands of dollars. so help us p%$$ of the left buy and shoot as many guns as you can. keep shooting Okie headhunter
