i figured it out and am from a small Okla town and never finished college, but the great Jb knows the answer so is there any point in me using my brain on math?
Solve this one: You have 10 strips of nice crispy bacon, someone tries to forcibly take 3 strips, What do you have now??

You process inside the parentheses first, then mulitplication, then the division.
My first answer was 10 strips of pig bacon and how many pounds of human bacon after I cured his flesh in a nice salty brine. I didn't post it because I figured people might think I actually eat human flesh, which I don't.
Say what??? Multiplication and division are performed from left to right.
