8 Gauge Shotgun

I was reading a novel and one of the tough guys mentioned his 8 gauge shotgun. Didn't believe it so I Googled "8 gauge shotgun" and the monster does exsist. Interesting.

There was a 4gauge as well. If I remember, there was a 00 gauge, 2, 4, 8, 10, 14, 32. Of those, only the 10 is still around. In Britain they refer to them as 4 bore, etc. They make them in rifles. Google 4 bore on you tube and hold on!

Yes. The 4th book came out a week or so ago. For the movie they tried to find 8 gauges but they said they were $30,000 each
