I picked up everything, I'll take some pics later, I'm at the in laws. It just looks like it's been disassembled, nothing appears to be broken.
It just came apart in my hands, it was weird.

as in the barrel fell off? could be a loose mag tube nut

Seriously, falling apart does not make any sense. The trigger fell out? The barrel fell off? The tube?
The barrel fell out/off, the bolt carrier, the slide, the knob at the end you can adjust. This is my first shotgun, maybe I did something wrong.
This is my guess.
Knob you can adjust? Think we found the problem.
