i started checking on mine (back when i got it) and it came in 3 weeks before i got my letter from osbi, rogers countys a good bunch to work with, i think...

I submitted on April 1, and am still waiting. From what I've read, the state is pushing the required time frame for processing.

My number is in the 1.6 milliion range. Are the SDA cards sequenceial?

That would allow for non renewals, deaths, holders that moved away and stuff like that?
