Bills like this pop up every couple of years...It's not gonna happen. Even if if made it through congress 3/4 of the States would have to approve it...Not gonna happen.

Hmmm, if he does somehow get this shoved through can everyone say Hitler at the same time? Funny how close his movements are to those of that man. He is on the verge of completely misleading a entire country to get his plans in place.

yeah, even IF they could get 2/3 of BOTH houses of congress to agree on ANYTHING, much less a bill that is a direct attempt to enshrine obama for a 3rd term, I have a real problem seeing 38 states getting behind it. TX, OK, LA, KS, AL, MS, FL, KY, NB, MN, ID, UT, AL would all probably shoot it down. That's 13 states right there and I wasn't even really trying to think of other states that would be opposed to it
