Unfortunately I was able to confirm with the ATF website that Rijas Services LLC does in fact hold a class 7 FFL license. Rijas Services LLC has been registered with the state of Oklahoma since May 29, 2009 and it's registered agent is Richard Stowers.

If you assemble a gun from a pile of parts and plan to sell it you are required by law to have a manufacturers license.

Rijas is a joke, pure and simple.
As far as I know they are a home run FFL over on 450 road. They do not have a storefront.
As much of a douche as Rijas is, at least his customers get a firearm in return for their cash. That's a better deal than Loki offered.
I just wish we could do a video sting on them.
