As far as I can tell, you can use these in anything that is .308.
Is the Arisaka .311??? I think it is but I may be wrong.

Just thinking I can not only load for the 06, I can also make a varminter with my Arisaka that has been sporterized, and rebarreled to .300 Savage.

That should work. I bought these with the intent of shooting a 45gr Barnes out of my .30-378 and pretend to be Roy Weatherby

i need to look around. i think i have a box of 06 someplace. IIRC, they wewre only on 06,308 and 3030,correct? i rarely saw any in 308 but remember them in the other calibers being on the shelves quite a bit. thanks for the link for the sabots bobby.

If I remember right, it was just for the 30-30 and 30.06.
I don't remember if they added the .308 later on in production.
