Man, reading this thread is interesting. Early this morning I was reading that the shooter was a woman whose YouTube videos were being "demonitized" and that after shooting something like three people, she shot herself.

But, reading this thread, especially on the first couple of pages, just about every theory possible was being discussed.

I should have stayed home today and kept "refreshing" this thread so wouldn't be confused.

What's ironic is she legally bought the gun, the gun grabbers can't blame toxic masculinity, AR15's or a membership in the NRA. In fact, she has railed against the NRA in the past as a liberal talking point.
She violates every gun grabbers tenant to take away our guns. Now we will see how they spin this.

Which is exactly why there is little media coverage and no outrage from the snowflakes.

So there has been some speculation that the shooters father has a "past". He owns Star Electric in SD California, but if you dig pretty deep and understand the name Ismail, you may find he is also potentially a well published Iranian electrical engineer that works in Sigma Delta Modulation.
Abstract—Accelerometers have a wide range application in many fields, such as airbag deployment system and electronic stability control system in vehicles, and inertial navigation system in aircrafts and rockets. As MicroElectro-Mechanical System (MEMS) technology advances, accelerometers are made smaller and smaller, often integrated in a single chip, with lower implementation costs and power consumptions. Modern MEMS accelerometers can be used in portable devices such as cell phones, RFID tags and even integrated in other sensors. This paper presents chip-level design and implementation of a second order sigma-delta interface circuit used in capacitive microaccelerometers. The interface circuit provides 1-bit data stream and operates at a sampling frequency of 2.5MHz. The system model considers non-ideal factors in the circuit such as nonlinear distortion and noises. These non-ideal factors have been discussed through system level simulation in MATLAB. The micro-accelerometer, which is a highly integrated MEMS device, is then designed and implemented in silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate. Finally, the chip level layout of interface circuit is implemented. Results have shown the chip with area of 1.32mm2 and power consumption of about 5mW. Index Terms—micro-accelerometer, sigma-delta, capacitive, interface circuit, layout.
