If Lego made a firearm with a red dot, this would be it...I just laughed so hard at this!!!!

Also, another “gamechanger” the new Primary Arms HTX-1 enclosed pistol dot. Thats worth taking a look, its still a 600-700 dollar optic but PA says its made and assembled in the USA. Hence it isnt $150I do agree, but with the advent of the G47 I'd be willing to get one of these with the COA Optic. It would be backwards compatible with my G19.5 with a Holosun 507K and allow me to have two guns with multiple configurations. .
Man I love a lot of different handguns and all the new and improved stuff, and G47 with a nomad defense slide and one day… red dot, I love that gun.I started with Glock. I’ve tried many others, but Glock it is for me. I have others, but Glock it is for me.

Yes, for the moment. I guarantee you that if this setup works and eliminates the plate issue, a whole bunch of optics makers will follow suit.So you have a Glock that will only be able to use one optic
That does look very interesting, but it looks like it still has to use plate adapters? It looks like they just come with the optic instead of the gun? Regardless, it may be more elegant than the mish mash we have right now. Also, another “gamechanger” the new Primary Arms HTX-1 enclosed pistol dot. I’m still not putting an optic on a carry gun.Still not buying a Glock...
I said the same thing until I went shot with a red dot, now I want one!I’m still not putting an optic on a carry gun.
I’d say it depends on how good your eyes are. At defense shooting distances with good eyes, I think a lot of shooters will get acceptable hits faster with irons (assuming they’re practiced). Once your ability to focus on the front sight fades, you really start to slow down with irons. That’s when these new pistol optics come into their own.I like the look of that. I’d consider buying it as a quality entry into handguns with dots.
I’ve shot a mag through a buddies M&P with a dot and it was meh for me… am I wrong though? Should I get a pistol with a dot and shoot it to really unlock how awesome it is? lol
It’s all the rage now. But like retrieverman I’m skeptical of optics on carry guns. I can see dots being awesome for fast target acquisition at medium distances. But for target shooting slow precision shots at say, 50yds… I still see my irons being fine
