Big, semi-crunchy waffles covered in peanut butter and doused in hot (real) maple syrup.

:spaghetti:

Although I also have a soft spot for wheat germ pecan pancakes...

So many PB on waffles comments. Is it really that good or am I just not smoking the right herbs?

That's how I've eaten my waffles and pancakes since I can remember. I think that I just decided that the brown stuff in the jar needed to go atop the fluffy stuff on the plate at some point before my long term memory kicked in.

And yes, it is that good...

Seriously, pot boy? Peanut butter is the spiritual soul food of the gods. Shoot, everybody knows that!

BTW, through a series of unforseen, fortunate events, we ended up at the Denny's on Reno & Meridian. The little one had chocolate ice cream, Mom had chicken and potatoes. I was tempted by the cranberry/orange pancakes. The little one and I had onion burgers & fries with the big one at Bunny's earlier, while mom was getting a facial.

To the point, cranberry/orange pancakes are not bad, but due to the powerful wham of the cranberries, I should have gotten some penut butter. I could have gotten some penut butter. I did not. I am a pig, and a fool!
