AK 74 Gunsmithing?

I understand that there are very unique skills and/or tools required to piece together a '74 parts kit.
I am not interested in doing it myself and I am more than happy to give someone a job and pay a Gunsmith to put it all together.
Let's say the parts kit is broken down to every last piece being disassembled.
How much does one usually charge to put it all together?
