Alec Baldwin is not off the hook yet - charges could be refiled!!

What did anyone expect? They didn't even charge the cop that shot and killed Ashley Babbit on Jan.6th. It's ok for black cops to shoot unarmed white people, but not the other way around. All cops have a use of force standard and using deadly force against a nondeadly threat or threat that doesn't pose a chance of serious bodily harm is murder.

The article I read said it was dismissed "with prejudice" which means it can't be refiled. As much as I loathe Alec Baldwin I really don't expect him to unload the gun and examine the bullets. I'm sure he'd have no idea how to even open the cylinder. There should not have even been any live rounds on the set. The responsibility really is on the armourer.

Wrong!!! Can’t believe people don’t and won’t take responsibility for their actions. It’s like someone else give you a loaded gun and you pulled the trigger!! No different

Baldwin received some basic handgun handling training and I have to assume that he was also trained to inspect the gun and WHAMMO, at the very least, never assume it unloaded. At the very least manslaughter.
I’ve never seen evidence presented to the judge, without the prosecuter / jury absent and the judge rendered not guilty without prejudice, i about choked after she examined a box of whammo that the defense presented to the judge after someone told them that it could have been used by Baldwin.
The judge is not an expert, I’m skeptical and either she’s incompetent or is now wealthy, IMHO.
