I don't know those who show up early enough to be the front of the line. But, it is a very consistent set of people who are showing up. About half have something hiding under their belt line. A few do open carry. My wife has struck up conversations with a few of the ladies up there, most have been shooters, my favorite is a lady who shows up irregularly but she video chats with her husband to get him what he wants. I have also had several conversations with new shooters who are upset because they want to shoot as they never knew it would be fun to just shoot, kind of feel sorry for them.

Personally, I have the need to keep my wife shooting as she is still working on her skill sets. So, I keep going with or without her.

I’m Glad you and the Mrs can find the ammo to keep up the sport. I still wish ill on all the resale neck beards. Hope their ammo boxes all brake and they all twist their ankles so we know them from their limp.

I hope they wake up hungry, pour themselves a nice big bowl of cereal, just to find out there was no milk the entire time!

Just left cabelas. Had metal rack behind the counter with a lot of ammo available. Picked up some frontier 5.56 20 round packs for $12 each

I was there at 6:30 PM and they wheeled out a fresh cart while I was looking at the buck shot they had. I ended up with 3 boxes of 5.56 x 20 at 10.99 each and 2 boxes of 9mm FMJ x 50 at 14.99 each.

Also last night I was able to get three 325 round .22lr boxes at the Walmart on NW expressway for 18 each.

Anyone else been having better luck finding ammo lately or have I just been getting lucky?

Dang that’s a nice score. I think unless you’re waiting in lines it’s luck of the draw unfortunately.
