Far from junk. KelTec puts out a reliable and functional product. They don't make bling guns.

In the past Kel-Tec made the bulk of their money making parts for NASA (maybe other Fed Govt agencies as well). The gun manufacturing was a labor of love for the owner but definitely a sideshow as far as income. Don't know the ratios now but if that is still the case you can readily see why the gun production takes a back seat. I don't think Kel-Tec is large enough to have two separate sets of personnel and production capability - I think that are basically switching uses periodically with the same staff and physical plant.
+10,000. Don't personally care for the handguns, but their sub2K product is a great SHTF gun. I think Kel-Tec is Greek for fairy dust.
i've seen the 9 and the 40 at terrys gun and pawn in guthrie. its been awhile since i was in there but he is a keltec dealer if anyone is looking.
