I believe right now it is voluntary, but really sounds like the first foot in the door to me.

Just a note above - doxycycline used to be on the $4 list... it is now around $100 for a full course. Supply/demand. Just so ya know.

Not just supply and demand.

If memory serves, all or most of our doxy came from an "overseas" supplier. Apparently, their manufacturing plant did not pass inspections and was shut down.
