Hypothetically speaking, re the American Education Credit.

Let's say I've already gotten a college diploma but return to school for a second Bachelors. Let's say I didn't claim any education credits during the pursuit of the first diploma. Am I eligible to for an American Educaton Credit for the fees for the second degree?

Or am I only eligible for the first four academic years?
