Whoever gifted me my first Polymer 80 build for OSA Secret Santa Christmas 2022 really started something…

this arrived in the mail today.. I really gotta quit buying and building these things. #3….

Edit: posted in the want to buy section but I am looking for a OEM Gen 1-3 17 or 22 complete slide or complete pistol to finish this build.

A buddy gave me the handguards and grip, I found the stock online for cheap so I greened out the dissipator. 16” dpms rifle length barrel with a medium profile.

A couple new extractors (left) and a new trigger spring/sear for my Mosin cousins.

Somehow the extractor on my 1942 Sako Finn M39 has worn out. The knife-edge hook isn't, and it won't extract most of the time.

I don't know how it wore out in the 80+ year old issued battle rifle. I have personally fired thousands of rounds through it. Don't these things last forever ?

I was thinking about getting an FNX-45 or a 509 Tactical but after chatting with @rockchalk06 he talked me in to getting this Canik SFx Pro and WOW am I so impressed. Glad I went this route instead, going to go plink some steel this weekend.
