This followed me home from Academy today. It’s the display model but not a mark on it far as I can tell. Took Linda (Mrs Firpo) shooting the A-Team Mini 14 I just put together for “her” and it’s just a bit too heavy right now, especially while she’s really just learning to shoot. Figured a 10/22 would be a good place to start and as long as I was at it why not a stainless takedown version? Going to try and locate some wood furniture for it and if it’s made maybe even a collapsing stock like her Mini but I think with it being a takedown that isn’t going to happen.

I traded for a Rhino 40 DS not long ago. It had some pretty heavy wear on the blueing. I just got it back from Blue Haven where I had it cerekoted!

Threaded barrel from Allegheny Arms for the Beretta Mdl 81 in 32 Auto

Got it apart, but it needs some fitting. The barrel locking lug, that little lug sticking out the very bottom of the breech, is just a skosh to long on the front edge.

A few strokes from a very fine file, a slight bevel on the bottom front corner...and a dab of lithium grease.

Did I say the Beretta Mdl 81?

Got one for the M85bb also, in 380 ACP.

M85 (single stack 380) on top, M81(double stack 32) on bottom.

The barrels will even interchange.

Since I'm usually carrying a Tomcat in .32 ACP or a Kahr CW380, I thought it would be good to have a full sized 9mm in my get home bag just in case. Since I enjoy my Masada Slim so much, I got a full sized Masada yesterday.

CZ P-10F Project is finally complete. Took a little over two months to get the slide back from JagerWerks, but worth it. Machining looked great as always. Dawson's mounted and my RM09 mounted.

There was a limited distributor exclusive released in wood stock I believe. But anyone handy with some common wood working tools could make a standard 10/22 stock into a takedown.
