Ordered a discrete 39" padded tripod case for my shotty blaster.
This was a couple of days ago, but i purchased a 9mm AR that was on consignment at H&H.
Original Colt retro upper (is it "retro" if its a real deal 40 year old item? - hmmmm ) - verified by casting codes and barrel stampings , but mated to a Bushmaster lower
80's nostalgia for sure -- In that era, Bushmaster would have been a respected firearm i think. But i believe i may try to source a more appropriate lower - PSA has some really cool retro stuff under the H&R brand that i really like
Cool gun - always wanted one. Why no pics? Brady delay and still waiting . Usually get called back within 2 days but i guess theyre going the full 5 days on this one

I need nice sized safe! If I could find one close to me used for a good price I'd be all over it!!!
The shooting mat I ordered came in today,,,
It's wider than I thought it would be,,,
That's a good thing.
The picture on Amazon warped the perspective,,,
I thought it would taper in width towards the feet end,,,
But aside from the wide wings it's a rectangle front to rear.
Here's what it looks like on my floor.
As you can see, my cat (Jamie Lee Catus) immediately claimed it for her own,,,
The padding isn't as thick as I would like it to be,,,
But I think it will be sufficient for my old bones.
A bit pricey at $75.00 but all the $40.00 ones were too narrow for my needs.
One thing is that the two pockets towards the front are very small,,,
But there is a zippered pocket at the foot end,,,
It's plenty wide enough to hold stake pins.
All in all I'm happy with the purchase,,,
Now I'm just waiting for Spring,,,
Too danged cold now.
