KAK Industries had a sale on 3" 9mm AR barrels so I jumped on one, then I ordered a 3 lug. I chopped a quad rail from the parts bin and slapped together a travel gun. The muzzle sticks out a half inch from the end of the rail, and is 16 3/4" tip to top collapsed.

where did you get that brace?

It’s an SB Tactical PDW brace. I switched out the buffer tube for a regular pistol tube that I cut extra threads on and cut to be shorter. Then I put new notches on the bars so it collapses further down.
