Finally broke down and spent the bucks for a good seating die.
This is for the Finn M39 in 7.62x54r that I shoot at the monthly Military Bolt-gun match at OKCGC. Maybe it will help.
It certainly couldn't hurt...
The problem is that my well fire-formed brass won't fit in the inner sleeve of the die. I don't want to size the brass, or 'bump' the shoulder back. The brass fits the chamber perfectly.
I emailed Forster Tech support, I'm going to send the sleeve and some brass to them, they will let me know what they suggest. Maybe they can hone the sleeve.

I just gave away 400-450 rounds of Berdan prime cordite loaded .303. Trashy click bang nasty stuff. To much grief pulling bullets from that stuff.
