Typical for me while on WiFi. Wired is slightly higher. I have the "Up to" 150MB plan.

Cause I think they're trying to encourage customers to upgrade to their new super duper hyper drive internet by slowing the existing plan to a crawl.

"Throttling" the service. Dropping off mid transmission.

Been going on for a week.

Whatever "hiccups" they had, it looks like they've resolved it. Back to normal.

Had their mid level internet, was looking at 230ish mbps Downspeeds. Upgraded to the gigablast latest and greatest, doubled my bill. My new Downspeeds are in the 260-280mbps range. I’m switching to att fiber this week. Even if it’s the same garbage speed, it’s at least half the price.
