I'm leaving Monday morning for a drive to Va. The Suffolk/ Franklin area. Any established/ long term member is welcome. I usually take 2 days to drive it. The one-night hotel stay for your room is on you.

Don't wear your Trump Ball Cap into the Hampton Inn in Richmond VA! I was told last fall, by their Black Drag Queen desk clerk, " WE DON'T HAVE ROOMS FOR PEOPEL LIKE YOU!!"

Taking the Land Rover?

No, that thing drinks too much. I'll be driving my wife's Forester. It gets about twice the mileage the Land Rover gets. I could drive my Fiat and get around 40 mpg but, with the suspension is set up for handling and it rides like a forklift. We drove it to Tenn. and drove the Fiats on the Dragon event. Then we drove to S.E. Va. to visit family for two weeks then back here. It isn't a road car.
