Anybody shoot Rimfire matches??

Where do you shoot these matches? How would I get involved? I have a 16yo son that would love to do this.

There is a monthly match at ATA in Pryor, USSA in Tulsa, Oil Capital in Broken Arrow/Coweta. These are just the Tulsa area matches. You just show up 20 minutes early and sign up and go shoot. Ask questions, ask to shoot last in your squad so you can watch the others. Oil Capital also has a practice round once a month which is a good time learn all you can before a match. They are tons of fun. Ideally you have 5 10 round magazines since you are shooting 5 rounds per stage. 3 25'ers for rifles or 5 10's.
